We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused functional consultant to manage end-to-end implementation of ERP, SAP, and CRM solutions. The candidate will be responsible for requirement gathering, business process analysis, software configuration, client training, implementation, testing, and post-go-live support while ensuring successful project delivery and high client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Understand client business processes and gather functional requirements.
Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, business process mapping, and gap analysis.
Configure ERP, SAP, and CRM modules based on business requirements.
Prepare business requirement documents (BRD), functional requirement specifications (FRS), SOPs, and implementation documentation.
Conduct software demonstrations, client presentations, and solution walkthroughs.
Coordinate with the development team for customization and enhancement requirements.
Perform functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and quality validation.
Assist in data migration, master creation, and system configuration.




Conduct end-user training and provide implementation support.
Manage end-to-end implementation projects from kickoff to successful go-live.
Provide post-implementation support and resolve functional issues.
Coordinate with clients and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery.
Track project progress, maintain implementation reports, and update project documentation.
Handle client queries and escalations professionally to ensure high customer satisfaction.
Identify process improvement prospects and recommend best business practices.
Ensure timely completion of assigned projects while maintaining quality standards.

Required Qualifications

Graduate or postgraduate in BBA, BMS, BCom, MBA, BCA, MCA, engineering, or a related field.
0 to 1 year of experience in ERP, SAP, CRM, or business software implementation.
