Job Summary:

Logile is seeking an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Partner to lead
full-cycle recruiting across technical, product, customer-facing, and
go-to-market functions. Reporting to the Director, Global Talent this role will
support hiring across India and North America, partnering closely with business
leaders to attract, assess, and hire top talent in a quick-paced SaaS
environment.

The ideal candidate has experience recruiting for both technical and business
roles, understands global hiring practices, and can effectively engage
candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders across multiple geographies and
time zones. This individual will serve as a strategic talent advisor while
maintaining a strong focus on execution, candidate experience, and hiring
outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Global Talent Acquisition
Manage full-cycle recruitment across India and North America.
Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies aligned with
business objectives.
Lead recruitment efforts from sourcing through offer acceptance and
onboarding.




Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for current and future hiring
needs.
Drive a high-quality candidate experience throughout the recruitment
lifecycle.
Ensure timely communication and stakeholder alignment throughout the hiring
process.

Recruit and build talent pipelines across functions including:
