Responsibilities:

Housing Expertise:
Partner with relocating candidates to find suitable housing options that meet their needs and budget.




Research and maintain a comprehensive database of relocation resources, including property management companies, real estate agents, and temporary housing options like Airbnb & VRBO.
Assist candidates with navigating the housing market in different regions.

Benefits Administration:
Provide transparent and concise explanations of our company's comprehensive benefits package to candidates and new hires.
Assist with the enrollment process for health insurance, retirement plans, and other advantages.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date benefits information for all recruitment materials.
Address employee advantage inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise.

Additional Duties:
Stay current on industry trends in relocation and employee benefits.
Proactively identify areas for improvement in our housing and benefits support programs.
