Key Responsibilities
Prepare valuations of complex commercial real estate assets across various asset classes.
Analyze rent rolls, lease agreements, and tenancy structures for commercial properties.
Independently develop and review financial models, including Discounted Cash Flow (DCF), Internal Rate of Return (IRR), and Net Present Value (NPV) analyses.
Conduct property inspections, site visits, and market research to assess asset performance and market positioning.




Perform comparable market analysis and benchmark properties against relevant transactions and market data.
Manage client interactions, address queries, and ensure timely delivery of assignments while meeting client expectations.
Prepare high-quality valuation reports, presentations, and client deliverables with clearly documented assumptions, methodologies, and conclusions.
Collaborate with internal teams to support valuation engagements and business development initiatives.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Experience: 5–7 years of post-qualification experience in valuation, financial modeling, real estate analysis, and market research.
Education: CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) from a reputed institution.
Robust understanding of finance, valuation principles, and commercial real estate markets.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analytical tools.
Excellent report writing, documentation, and PowerPoint presentatio
