n If you've worked with a creative, digital, or performance marketing agency and are ready to own campaigns from strategy through execution, this could be the right opportunity.
n At MSN Realty, you'll be part of the marketing team behind one of Hyderabad's premium luxury real estate brands, working across digital marketing, AI, marketing automation, and lead generation.
n What You'll Do
n * Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
n * Manage ad accounts, monitor campaign performance, and continuously improve lead quality, conversions, and ROI.
n * Work closely with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams to ensure timely campaign execution.
n * Support website, landing page, and campaign launches while ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
n * Manage lead generation, CRM, and lead nurturing workflows in collaboration with the sales team.
n * Assist in implementing marketing automation journeys using platforms such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud or similar tools.




n * Use AI-powered marketing tools to improve content creation, campaign planning, reporting, audience targeting, and productivity.
n * Track campaign performance and prepare dashboards, reports, and actionable insights.
n * Stay updated on emerging trends in digital marketing, AI, and consumer behavior.
n What We're Looking For
n * 3–6 years of experience in a marketing agency or digital marketing environment.
n * Experience working on luxury real estate or premium brands is highly preferred.
n * Hands-on experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and performance marketing campaigns.
n * Robust understanding of digital marketing metrics, analytics, attribution, and conversion optimization.
n * Familiarity with CRM, lead management, and marketing automation platforms.
n * Working knowledge of AI tools and their application in modern marketing.
n * Robust analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
n * A self-driven skilled who enjoys learning, collaborating, and taking ownership of their work.
