Job Description Role Overview
n Are you someone who lives and breathes Instagram, loves creating scroll-stopping content, and enjoys turning ideas into engagement? We're looking for a creative and performance-driven Content Creator & Social Media Marketing Executive to own our digital presence and help us grow our brand across platforms. This role is a perfect mix of creativity, strategy, and execution.
n What You'll Do
n Create engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube (reels, posts, stories, carousels, short videos).
n Take full ownership of Instagram – from content ideas to execution and growth.
n Build and manage a monthly content calendar aligned with campaigns and brand goals.
n Write catchy captions, scripts, blogs, and ad copies that connect with the audience.
n Collaborate closely with the CMO to plan and execute online & offline marketing campaigns.
n Stay on top of trends, memes, formats, and platform updates to keep content fresh.




n Track performance, analyse insights, and prepare weekly/monthly reports with learnings.
n What We're Looking For
n 1–3 years of experience in content creation or social media marketing.
n Strong storytelling and writing skills with a creative mindset.
n Solid understanding of Instagram algorithms and growth strategies.
n Comfortable experimenting with current ideas and formats.
n Proactive, organised, and detail-oriented.
