Job Description:
Have a robust understanding of the Industry and environment the business operates in
Understand the Talent Pool available and identify the key motivators for them to join an organization
Develop end to end recruitment strategies and set expectations around processes and make sure the position is closed within the given timeline.
Acquire a thorough understanding of job requisition for required competencies, skills, knowledge required of successful applicants from the Hiring Manager
Develop an ongoing and diverse pipeline using research, networking,database mining, etc. for prospective applicants
Own the job portals and review platforms to attract the right candidates
Share data and analysis to be able to evaluate efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process Other Reports etc as required
Provide Analytical and well documented reports to the hiring manager
Review and benchmark the internal and external setting to improve HR/Talent Management.
Bring current and different methods to the hiring process, ensuring continuous improvement and adaptation to evolving industry standards.
