Sales Marketing Executive – Color Cosmetics (UV Gel Nail Polish)

Job Description:
We are looking for a proactive and strategic Marketing Executive with expertise in domestic marketing for color cosmetics, specifically UV gel nail polish. This role will focus on B2B business development, with potential expansion into B2C marketing in the future. The ideal candidate should have robust industry knowledge, an understanding of brands and trends, and a passion for beauty and cosmetics marketing.

Location: Vasai/Andheri West

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing & Business Development
Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and expand market presence.
Identify and engage recent B2B clients while nurturing relationships with existing customers.
Conduct market research to stay updated on global color cosmetics trends, competitor brands, and consumer preferences.
Drive B2B sales, negotiate deals, and secure long-term business partnerships.
Ensure timely payment follow-ups and maintain financial discipline with clients.
Operations & Coordination
Work closely with the factory team to oversee sampling, production, and dispatch processes.
Coordinate with shipping agencies to track and manage order deliveries efficiently.




Prepare and analyze monthly MIS sales reports to measure performance and improve strategies.
Represent the company at exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Industry & Product Expertise
Strong understanding of color cosmetics brands, market spaces, and emerging trends.
Experience in shade matching and product development within the UV gel nail polish or color cosmetics industry.
Ability to provide insights on brand positioning, packaging, and product differentiation.

Skills & Qualifications:
Excellent communication & negotiation skills to engage with both domestic and international clients.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting and presentations.
Strong digital marketing & branding knowledge to support future B2C expansion.
Solid analytical skills to assess market trends and adapt strategies accordingly.
Creative and strategic mindset to drive product positioning in competitive markets.

Education & Experience:
Graduate degree (preferably in Business, Marketing, or a related field).
2 to 5 years of experience in the color cosmetics / packaging industry (preferred).
