Job Summary:

IGI is looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Analyst to join our energetic team in BKC, Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 6 years of experience in finance, preferably within the retail or banking industry. As a Finance Analyst, you will be responsible for financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support key business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to provide insights for strategic decision-making.
Prepare financial models and reports to evaluate business performance and financial health.
Monitor key financial metrics and provide variance analysis with actionable recommendations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze cost structures and drive cost efficiencies.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation norms, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in internal audits, risk assessment, and financial control measures.
Support senior management with ad-hoc financial analysis and presentations.
