n Experience Required
n n 2 to 4 years of Live Mortgage Underwriting experience
n Mandatory experience in Non-QM Underwriting
n n Key Responsibilities
n n Perform credit risk assessment using the 4Cs of Credit
n Calculate income for Salaried and Self-Employed borrowers
n Underwrite Bank Statement and Full Documentation loans
n Evaluate loan eligibility and structure mortgage transactions
n Review appraisal reports, title documents, lien positions, and ownership documents
n Make underwriting decisions based on investor guidelines
n Work on Encompass LOS
n Coordinate with internal teams for timely loan processing

n Monthly In-hand Salary: ₹72,790
