Strategic & Technical Coordination:
Assist the CEO in reviewing engineering designs, proposals, reports, or presentations — especially in water, infrastructure, or EPC-related areas
Coordinate between project, engineering, and business teams to track project milestones and bottlenecks
Conduct basic technical research and feasibility analysis when required

Executive Support:
Manage the CEO’s calendar, emails, and meetings — with a focus on optimizing time for high-impact activities
Take notes in internal/external meetings and follow up on key actions with team members
Handle travel planning, event coordination, and logistics for business engagements

Project Management:
Create and maintain dashboards for project execution, business metrics, and investor updates
Help drive accountability by tracking deadlines and nudging stakeholders as needed
Prepare briefing notes, presentations,



and analysis to support the CEO in meetings

Confidential & Operational Support:
Handle confidential documents and strategic communications
Occasionally support high-value personal or family-related coordination for the CEO

Who You Are:
Education: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or related field (mandatory)
Experience: 3+ years in a business-facing technical role, or in a rapid-paced startup, infra, or engineering-led organization
Excellent communication, follow-through, and interpersonal skills
Comfortable with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Notion, and project management tools
Highly organized, emotionally intelligent, and able to work independently
Interest in water, infrastructure, sustainability, or social impact sectors is a plus
