Job Description:

Job Title: Export Marketing Executive / Manager
Location: Ahmedabad
Industry: Export / International Sales / Trading
Experience Required: 3–6 years (Exports preferred)
Qualification: Graduate / MBA in Marketing / International Business preferred
Job Responsibilities:
Sales & Marketing

Identify and develop current international buyers and markets.

Generate export leads through email, social media, trade portals, B2B platforms (Alibaba, IndiaMART, TradeIndia).

Maintain communication with existing international clients and ensure repeat business.

Prepare quotations, price offers, and product presentations.

Documentation & Shipment Coordination

Coordinate with the export documentation team for invoice, packing list, BL, COO etc.

Follow up with shipping lines, CHA, transporter & warehouse as required.





Track shipments, provide timely updates to clients.

Market & Competitor Research

Study international trends, competition pricing & market demand.

Identify potential countries, products & distributors.

Negotiation & Conversion

Handle international inquiries professionally.

Negotiate delivery terms, payment terms, and pricing.

Required Skills:

Valuable spoken & written English.

Solid communication and follow-up skills.

Knowledge of export documentation will be an added advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).

Ability to handle overseas communication and time-zone follow-ups.
