n Shift Timing: 10:30 AM – 7:30 PM (Day Shift)
n Working Days: 5.5 Days Working
n Weekly Off: Alternate Saturday Off & Sunday Fixed Off
n Job Summary
n We are looking for an experienced NR Team Leader to lead and manage a sales team within the banking division. The ideal candidate should have solid leadership skills, experience in team handling, and a proven track record in sales and customer service.
n Key Responsibilities
n n Lead, motivate, and manage a team of banking sales executives.
n Achieve team sales targets and ensure business growth.
n Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and guidance.
n Deliver excellent customer service and resolve customer queries efficiently.
n Track daily sales activities and prepare performance reports.
n Ensure compliance with bank policies and regulatory guidelines.




n Coordinate with internal departments for smooth operations.
n Drive productivity and maintain high service standards.
n n Eligibility Criteria
n n Minimum 3+ years of Team Leader experience in the Banking domain.
n Experience in team handling and team management is mandatory.
n Solid background in Sales and Customer Service.
