n We're looking for an experienced knitting qualified to lead the installation, commissioning, and production of our recent Karl Mayer raschel knitting machine for shade net manufacturing.
n What you'll do:
n Lead installation & commissioning of the Karl Mayer shade net knitting machine at our Hosur facility
n Set machine parameters and optimize knitting performance
n Monitor fabric quality, machine efficiency, and process stability
n Troubleshoot machine and process issues independently
n Train operators and shop-floor technicians
n Manage production records, downtime analysis, and quality documentation
n What we're looking for:
n Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience




n Diploma/Degree in Textile Technology or Textile Engineering (preferred)
n Robust hands-on experience with raschel/warp knitting machines — mandatory
n Experience in shade net, technical textiles, or agro-textile manufacturing preferred
n Exposure to Karl Mayer or equivalent high-speed raschel technology is a big plus
