Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Head – Accounts with a solid real estate background and an Inter CA qualification. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire accounts function, ensure compliance, manage financial controls, and support strategic financial planning for real estate projects.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Management
Lead and manage the accounts department for day-to-day accounting operations.
Ensure timely preparation of financial statements, MIS reports, and project-wise profitability reports.
Maintain accurate books of accounts in compliance with accounting standards.

Real Estate Finance & Project Accounting
Handle project accounting including revenue recognition (percentage of completion), budgeting, and cost allocation.
Monitor cash flow, collections, and project expenditures.
Coordinate with sales, project, and legal teams for financial documentation and compliance.

Taxation & Compliance




Manage GST, TDS, Income Tax filings, and ensure adherence to statutory compliance.
Liaise with statutory auditors, internal auditors, and government authorities.
Ensure compliance with RERA guidelines where applicable.

Financial Controls & Process Improvement
Implement robust internal financial controls and SOPs.
Identify cost-saving opportunities and improve financial efficiency.
Oversee vendor payments, reconciliations, and contract-based financial evaluations.

Team Leadership & Coordination
Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts team.
Coordinate with senior management to support financial planning and decision-making.
Provide strategic insights based on financial analysis.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Inter CA qualification (must); CA Final attempts preferred.
Robust experience in the real estate industry with exposure to project accounting.
