Job Description:

Job Title: Chartered Accountant (CA) – Manufacturing & Finance

Job Overview:
We are looking for a qualified Chartered Accountant with robust experience in manufacturing operations, finance, and accounting. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end financial management, cost analysis, compliance, and support decision-making for the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting & Financial Management
Manage day-to-day accounting operations in compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare financial statements (Balance Sheet, P&L;, Cash Flow).
Handle accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations.
Manufacturing Finance & Costing
Prepare and analyze product costing, BOM costing, and variance reports.
Monitor production costs, wastages, and budgeting for manufacturing processes.
Conduct monthly cost audits and recommend improvements.
Compliance & Taxation
Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.
Prepare and support internal/external audits.




Maintain accurate documentation for regulatory inspections.
Budgeting & MIS Reporting
Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Generate monthly MIS reports, profitability analysis, and financial dashboards.
Support management in financial decision-making.
Internal Controls & Process Improvement
Develop, implement, and monitor internal financial controls.
Identify areas for improvement in manufacturing and finance processes.
Ensure accurate inventory valuation and physical stock verification.

Key Skills Required:
Qualified CA (mandatory).
Experience in the manufacturing sector (must).
Strong knowledge of costing, finance, and taxation.
Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems / Excel.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Positive communication and reporting skills.

Education:

Chartered Accountant (CA) – Certified by ICAI.
