Profile : RCU - ( Cluster RCU Manager )
Location : Mumbai

Job Responsibilities:
Lead and manage field investigation teams to conduct pre- and post-sanction verifications for personal loans, business loans, and other retail lending products.
Identify and investigate suspicious or fraudulent applications, documentation discrepancies, and customer misrepresentation.
Coordinate with internal stakeholders including credit, sales, and collections teams for fraud control measures.
Collaborate with external agencies and law enforcement for field checks and legal escalations.
Develop fraud triggers and red flag indicators based on trends and past cases.
Ensure timely closure of field verifications and submit comprehensive investigation reports.
Monitor and audit high-risk branches, DSA partners, and customer profiles.
Regularly update senior management on fraud trends, investigation outcomes, and preventive actions.
Ensure compliance with internal risk policies and regulatory guidelines.
