Job Title: Packaging Machine Operator

Location: Santej, Ahmedabad

Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor packaging machinery to perform tasks such as sticker labeling, box sealing, damage inspection, and product wrapping.
Ensure smooth and efficient functioning of machines throughout the production shift.
Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on machinery to prevent downtime.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the packaging area in accordance with healthcare hygiene standards.
Conduct visual inspections of products to identify defects or quality issues.
Adhere strictly to safety, hygiene, and industry compliance protocols.




Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production targets.

Qualifications:
Minimum 6 months of hands-on experience in packaging operations or a similar machinery-based role.
Basic understanding of packaging processes and mechanical equipment.
Ability to detect packaging defects and maintain consistent quality control.
Valuable communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
Ability to thrive in a rapid-paced and team-oriented work environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical packaging industry.
Familiarity with conveyor belt systems and packaging automation tools.
Basic mechanical troubleshooting skills.
