Job Description:
Lead a team in acquiring and managing mid-corporate clients in the West Region.
Develop and execute strategies to drive team performance and meet regional targets.
Maintain robust relationships with key decision-makers in target companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Management: Mentor and manage a team focused on mid-corporate client acquisition. Conduct team meetings, performance reviews, and provide training.
Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and onboard mid-corporate clients. Oversee the entire client acquisition process and create customized solutions.
Strategic Planning: Develop a regional business plan, analyze market trends, and identify current business opportunities.
Performance Tracking: Set performance metrics, monitor progress, and prepare detailed performance reports.
Collaboration & Communication: Foster a collaborative setting, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and represent the company at industry events.
