The Head of Digital should have excellent knowledge of all search disciplines, as well as shown expertise in managing and leading teams across several disciplines. This individual should have a solid network and be well-known in the search sector. The ideal candidate would have excellent communication and presentation skills. The ideal candidate will grasp current and future digital trends and be hands-on with strategy and techniques. Responsibilities:

Omnichannel Strategies Deployment - Customer Journey Mapping, Gap Analysis, Need Identification and Strategies and Solution
Training, Coaching and Mentoring various teams
RFP Support
Flagship account growth QBR support, Media Plan
Quality, NPS standards by all COE team members
Building a High-Performance culture including capacity and staffing model, use of the platform to deliver/scale SEO and Paid Services

Skills Required:
15+ years of Proven track record building SEO, Social, Content and Performance Marketing strategies
Proven track record building a high-performing team
Detail-oriented, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced workplace
