Recruitment & Talent Acquisition – Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for India offices, including sourcing, screening, shortlisting, interviewing, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Onboarding & Induction – Conduct joining formalities, onboarding programs, and orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration of current hires.
HR Operations – Maintain and update employee personnel files, leave & attendance records, and HR databases accurately.
Payroll Management – Assist in monthly payroll processing; ensure compliance with statutory requirements such as PF, ESI, Gratuity, and Income Tax.
Performance Management – Support the appraisal process, KPI tracking, and employee performance reviews.
Training & Development – Coordinate training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
Employee Engagement – Plan and execute engagement activities, recognition programs, and staff welfare events.
Compliance & Documentation – Ensure adherence to Labour Laws, HR policies, and statutory norms.




Participate in HR process improvements and transformation projects.
Handle ad-hoc HR tasks as assigned.

Desired Candidate Profile:
PG Degree/Diploma in Human Resource Management or related field.
1–3 years of experience in HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, and HR operations.
Valuable knowledge of Employment Laws in India.
Solid interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
Proficient in HRIS software, MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
High level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
