Job Description:

As a Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading the testing team, developing and implementing testing strategies, and ensuring the quality of our products.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify testing requirements, design test plans, and execute tests.
Your expertise in automation frameworks and testing methodologies will be crucial in achieving our quality goals.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor the testing team, providing guidance and support.
Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies and plans.
Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks.
Collaborate with product managers, business analysts, and developers to identify test requirements.
Execute functional, regression, integration, and performance tests.
Analyze test results, identify issues, and provide recommendations for improvements.
Ensure timely and accurate reporting of test results and metrics.




Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in testing.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
8+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 3 years in a lead role.
Strong expertise in automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, TestNG, JUnit).
Experience with BDD tools like Cucumber.
Proficiency in programming languages such as Java or Python.
Solid understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
Experience with test management and bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira).
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Robust communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a rapid-paced setting.
