Major Responsibilities
Client connects to understand requirements related to learning or talent development.
Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand their specific learning objectives and performance gaps.
Ability to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client's requirements.
Designing learning solution journeys in line with the client's requirements.
Understand and articulate the value of proposed training solutions to clients, helping them see the ROI and business impact.
Expand client engagements by identifying additional training needs and opportunities for deeper/broader collaboration.
Leading the execution of proposed solutions in collaboration with internal stakeholders and as per the approved project plans.
Demonstrating thought leadership in learning and development.
