Shall be responsibile for handling Home Loan.
Shall be responsible in developing & leading a team of SMs .
Shall be responsible for building & managing the Affordable Home Loans portfolio of the location.
Must have experience of sourcing business from Builders , DSA , Connectors.
Must have exposure to handling large teams.
Should drive recent Initiatives to build the book
Taking care of Teams Productivity and business.
Achieving the Area targets.
Manage both internal & external channel for business expansion & development
Understanding the intricacies of various cases and filtering them so that only appropriate cases
are put up for approval.
