Job Description:
Lead SAP BRIM CI issue analysis and resolution.
Perform end-to-end defect triage and root cause identification.
Support billing, invoicing, invoice correction and exception handling processes.
Coordinate with SOM, CC, FICA, ABAP, O2C and Finance teams.
Drive UAT support, defect retesting and production validation.
Maintain issue trackers, SLA commitments and closure governance.
Support onboarding of recent customers into the SAP BRIM landscape.
Participate in stabilization and hypercare activities.
