Job Description

What you’ll do…
Look after restaurant and bar reservations by phone, email and online channels, responding quickly and with plenty of personality.
Help guests choose the right outlet, time and experience by knowing our menus, spaces, offers and what is happening around the hotel.
Enter bookings accurately, including dietary needs, celebrations, accessibility requirements and other helpful guest notes.
Send explicit confirmations and handle changes, cancellations and special requests without making things feel difficult.
Keep the restaurant and kitchen teams updated with daily reservation information, VIPs, large tables and anything that needs extra attention.
Recognise returning guests and use what we know to make their next visit feel even better.
Support table management and help balance bookings so our spaces feel lively and service stays smooth.
Follow up on guest feedback and share practical themes with the F&B; leadership team.
Keep guest information accurate and handled responsibly.
Support the floor team during busy periods when needed - we’re one team, not separate departments.
