Job Description:

Company: Mandava Holding Pvt Ltd-NSL Group.
Position Reports: Senior Vice President/Finance Strategy.
Location:Corporate Office-Hyderabad.

1.JOB PURPOSE
Responsible for Financial Planning and Analysis of actual performance vis-à-vis budget/ forecast & previous year actual pertaining to each individual business vertical of the Group. Coordinate with therespective vertical CFO / his deputyas well as corporate team for analyzing & reporting monthly and quarterly business performance tothe Promoters on behalf of the Holding Company& prepare presentation for the BoD of the Holding Company.Keep a track of the changesin businessenvironment, ofthe verticals, instrumental in obtaining industry update and benchmark business performance with the industry peers (competitor analysis). Participate in management reviews, collate MoM with related action taken report points and track progress on the committed actions, by vertical, along with the timeline.

2.ROLE SUMMARY
The key responsibilities of the Business Analyst will be as under: -
Understanding of industry trends,



market dynamics, and customer needs
Benchmark business performance with the industry peers (competitor analysis)
Demand & Supply Analysis for specific Industry on a pan India basis & also under Global scenario
To review Government Policies and assess impact on our Business, viz., Textile, Sugar, Power
To analyze “export” related data for a particular business
To work on Enterprise, Equity valuations across Industry
To work on financial models as per business need
Conversant with and possess ability & exposure towards analyzing Financial Statements (of peer companies) and related Financial Ratios
To participate in Analyst calls

3.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Lead, coordinate and link all planning and forecasting processes for business verticals and understand key drivers of results and related sensitivities to achieve the best returns on the investments
