Roles & Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end complex Continuous Improvement/Reengineering projects, cross-geo projects
Work with stakeholders (mid- to senior-level) to identify improvement prospects and formulate problem statements
Mentor project teams within BE and across functions on complex projects
Facilitate or Lead Governance and provide updates to senior management of Sagility
Provide solutions (people/process/tech.) and facilitate implementation for relatively complex projects
Create proposals for business problems and challenges
Facilitate creation and deployment of target operating model
Provide thought leadership including industry best practices and primary/secondary research
Support BE Portfolio Lead in developing and deploying BE strategy for the portfolio.
