About the role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead full-cycle hiring across both technical and non-technical roles. While IT hiring is our primary focus,
this role also includes recruiting for Finance, HR, Sales, Marketing, and Business Development. You will work independently to develop sourcing strategies, build robust talent pipelines, drive employer branding, and partner with internal teams to improve hiring outcomes and
processes.
What you’ll do
● Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT roles, including leadership and niche positions.
● Build a robust self-sourced talent pipeline using LinkedIn, headhunting, social media, and personal network (no use of platforms like Naukri/Monster).
● Collaborate with marketing to create engaging and targeted recruitment campaigns
● Drive employer branding to position the company as an employer of choice within the IT industry.
