Role Highlights:
General Corporate & M&A; Advisory: Advise clients on a wide range of corporate advisory and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity, joint ventures, corporate restructurings, and general corporate compliance.
Transaction Execution: Draft, review, and negotiate key transaction documents such as share purchase and share subscription agreements, shareholders’ agreements, joint venture agreements, business transfer agreements, and corporate governance documents.
Deal Support: Assist on M&A;, PE/VC, and investment transactions from structuring through signing and closing.
Due Diligence: Conduct legal due diligence and prepare comprehensive due diligence reports.
Regulatory Advisory: Advise on the Companies Act, FEMA, and other allied corporate laws.
Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate with clients, internal teams, and external advisors on transaction execution, filings, and post-closing compliance.

Ideal Candidate:
Lawyer with 1–8+ years of PQE (Associate / Senior Associate / Principal Associate).




Prior experience in a General Corporate / M&A; practice at a law firm.
Robust drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills with hands-on transaction experience.
For Senior / Principal Associates: ability to independently manage transactions, handle clients, and oversee junior team members.
Commercially aware, solution-oriented, and comfortable working under tight timelines.
Educational background: LLB from a recognised university.
Exposure to PE/VC, complex M&A;, or cross-border transactions is preferred but not mandatory.
