Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Developer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow ITSM Developer to design, develop, configure, and maintain ServiceNow ITSM solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience implementing and customizing ITSM modules, developing workflows, integrations, and scripting to support business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and customize ServiceNow ITSM modules, including Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Service Catalog, Knowledge Management, and CMDB.
Develop and maintain business rules, client scripts, UI policies, UI actions, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.
Create and customize Service Catalog items and approval workflows.
Develop integrations with third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, IntegrationHub, and MID Server.
Design and develop reports, dashboards, and performance analytics.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices and maintain technical documentation.
Support platform upgrades, enhancements, and releases
