Role & responsibilities
Lead end-to-end pre-sales strategy for large QA/QE opportunities and RFP/RFI/RFQ responses.
Design enterprise Quality Engineering transformation solutions covering:
Functional Testing
Test Automation
Performance Testing
AI-led Testing
Engage with CIOs, CTOs, and other C-level executives.
Conduct discovery workshops, maturity assessments, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs).
Develop Statements of Work (SOWs), pricing strategies, and commercial proposals.
Drive AI adoption in testing, including:
GenAI-based testing
Self-healing automation
Intelligent defect analytics
Build and mentor the QE Solutions and Pre-Sales organization.

Preferred candidate profile :
15+ years in QA/Quality Engineering.




5+ years leading Pre-Sales or Solution Engineering teams.
Demonstrated success winning large enterprise QA transformation deals.
Robust expertise in:
Test Automation
Performance Testing
API Testing
Security Testing
AI-driven Testing
Experience with:
AWS/Azure/GCP
DevOps
CI/CD pipelines
Robust executive communication, presentation, negotiation, and commercial skills.

Preferred Qualifications
ISTQB Advanced/Expert
PMP
CSM
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or Engineering
