Job Description:
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to personal loan inquiries, applications, eligibility, documentation, disbursement, repayment schedules, and post-loan support while ensuring a qualified and customer-centric experience.
Guide prospective and existing customers through the end-to-end personal loan application process by explaining product features, interest rates, repayment options, eligibility criteria, and required documentation with clarity and accuracy.
Coordinate with sales, credit, underwriting, operations, and verification teams to facilitate timely processing of loan applications, resolve customer concerns, and ensure smooth loan disbursement.
Verify customer information and documentation in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and internal compliance standards while maintaining complete confidentiality of customer data.
Track application status, provide regular updates to customers, address service requests,



manage escalations professionally, and ensure all customer queries are resolved within defined turnaround times and service level agreements.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, application details, complaints, feedback, and follow-up activities using CRM systems and other business applications to ensure proper documentation and reporting.
Promote relevant financial products and value-added services whenever appropriate, identify cross-selling prospects, and contribute to customer retention and overall business growth while maintaining high ethical standards.
Stay updated on personal loan products, banking policies, RBI guidelines, company procedures, digital platforms, and customer service best practices to consistently deliver excellent service quality and achieve operational performance targets.
