We're looking for a high-performing admissions qualified who can drive 50+ student enrolments per month for our Pharma Job Readiness Programs.
Role & responsibilities :
Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
Counsel students and convert enquiries into admissions.
Build partnerships with colleges, placement cells, and student communities.
Generate leads through LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, databases, seminars, and outreach.
Own the end-to-end admission process.
Preferred candidate profile
7+ years in admissions, counselling, or education sales.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and closing skills.
Robust college network and student outreach experience.
Proven record of consistently achieving admission targets.
