Role & responsibilities

1.To plan and ensure proper preventive maintenance of all machines as per plan.
To collect the data and ensure predictive machine maintenance.
To plan and ensure preventive/break down maintenance of vehicles.
To attend breakdowns of machine whenever required.
To monitor breakdown time and its reason on daily basis then make its corrective/ preventive maintenance plan.
Co-ordination with production department for day to day machine related problems.
To make machine wise critical spares parts list and arrange it
Regular involvement in plant improvement activities / Kaizens / 5S / VA VE Projects etc. and prepare its presentation.
Preparation and Implementation of VSA, MACE activities,ISO/IATF,EMS,OHSAS documentation,




To ensure regular trainings to sub-ordinates and casuals associates.
To make plan and execute calibration of all equipments and prepare its documentation as per system requirement.
To ensure proper utilization of Man / Machine / Tool /Plant Electrical Maintenance etc.
To Look after Open excess/other Advantages facility under DHVBN.
To make the countermeasure for Diesel/Electricity saving in Plant.
Any other Instruction assigned by the Management.

Preferred candidate profile

Must have Experience on Plastic Molding Machines .
