Key Responsibilities

Functional Expertise
Implement, configure, and support Oracle Finance modules such as:
GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA
Work on functional setups, configurations, and documentation.
Perform gap analysis, design financial business process flows, and propose solutions.
Prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), MD50, test scripts, and training materials.

Project & Support Activities
Participate in end-to-end finance module implementations, upgrades, and enhancements.
Provide L2/L3 support, troubleshoot issues, and collaborate with technical teams for fixes.
Carry out UAT support, system testing, and data validation.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders for requirements and delivery.

Finance Domain Knowledge
Solid understanding of finance processes such as:
P2P, O2C, R2R,



asset accounting, cash/bank management, month-end & year-end closing.
Work closely with business users to translate requirements into system solutions.

Required Skills & Experience
4+ years of experience as an Oracle Finance Functional Consultant.
Hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12 and Oracle Fusion Cloud Finance.
Solid knowledge of configurations in GL, AP, AR, FA, and Cash Management.
Experience in implementing or supporting at least 12 full-cycle projects.
Valuable understanding of SQL for basic validations.
Excellent communication, requirement gathering,and client handling skills.
