As an HR Business Partner at Vetic, your primary responsibility is to act as the main point of contact for HR matters at the assigned clinics within the region. In this role, you will visit clinics daily to provide support to employees and clinic leadership. Your key responsibilities include:- Supporting end-to-end employee lifecycle activities such as onboarding, confirmations, role changes, and exits- Handling employee relations, grievances, and disciplinary matters in coordination with central HR- Driving employee engagement initiatives and fostering a positive workplace culture at the clinics- Supporting performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback cycles- Ensuring implementation and adherence to HR policies, SOPs, and the code of conduct at the clinic level- Coordinating with HR Operations and payroll teams for attendance, leave, and basic payroll inputs- Supporting workforce planning, manpower requirements, and hiring coordination for the clinics- Maintaining accurate employee data, documentation, and regional MIS reportsKey Competencies required for this role include:- Strong employee relations and stakeholder management skills- Ability to work independently in a field-based, on-ground role- High emotional intelligence and problem-solving ability- Strong communication skills in English and Hindi- Good understanding of HR policies, processes, and basic labor lawsTo be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-4 years of experience in an HRBP, HR Generalist, or field HR role. You should be willing to travel daily and work from clinic locations. Experience working with frontline, operations-heavy teams is considered a strong plus.
