Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end global benefits administration across multiple regions, ensuring compliance with local labor laws, benefits policies, and organizational guidelines.
- Administer employee benefits programs including health insurance, wellness benefits, pension enrollments, and payroll-related perks, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Handle pre- and post-pension payroll activities, active payroll checks, and support claims processing along with vendor file management (SFTP).
- Collaborate closely with vendors and internal stakeholders (HRBPs, Finance, leadership teams)



to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment with business requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, managing relationships, monitoring performance, and ensuring adherence to agreed SLAs and KPIs.
- Drive stakeholder engagement through regular governance calls, monthly reviews, and issue resolution discussions with clients and vendors.
- Lead employee onboarding sessions and awareness programs to educate employees on benefits offerings and policies.
- Utilize Darwin, Workday, and ServiceNow for benefits administration, case management, reporting, and analytics while ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Prepare and publish regular MIS reports, dashboards, and analytics to track benefits utilization, operational performance, and compliance metrics.
- Ensure data validation, audit readiness, and compliance across all benefits-related transactions and systems.
- Monitor and enforce SLA/KPI adherence, ensuring high-quality service delivery and timely resolution of employee queries.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency, enhancing employee experience and reducing turnaround time.
- Support supplier invoicing processes in coordination with finance teams, ensuring accuracy and timely payments.
- Demonstrate flexibility to work with global teams across time zones, addressing urgent business needs effectively.
- Proactively resolve complex issues with a problem-solving mindset, maintaining high standards of confidentiality, accuracy, and professionalism
