Job Opening: Technical Sales Engineer Industrial Products (Pan India)

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales Engineer to join our growing team.
As the Official Representative of Tenneco Group, Federal Mogul Deva GmbH, Germany, a world-class self-lubricating bearing organisation providing maintenance-free solutions to various engineering industries across the sector. This role offers an excellent opportunity to work with a premium German engineering Organisation
Qualification

- Diploma or B.E./B.Tech. in Mechanical or Production Engineering
- 2 to 3 years of experience in industrial/B2B technical sales
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills and a strong willingness to learn may also be considered.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business through cold calling and customer prospecting.
- Visit prospective customers and identify new business opportunities.
- Handle customer enquiries and prepare techno-commercial offers.
- Follow up on quotations and negotiate to close orders.
- Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
- Deliver product presentations and technical discussions with customers.
- Prepare daily visit reports, monthly sales reports, and sales forecasts.




- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure timely order execution.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Desired Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in customer meetings and technical presentations.
- Good understanding of industrial products and engineering applications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Self-driven, organised, and result-oriented.
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

Travel Requirement

- Must be willing to travel extensively across India.

Industries Preferred
Candidates with experience in selling industrial products such as bearings, power transmission products, mechanical components, automation, hydraulics, pneumatics, industrial consumables, engineering equipment, or capital goods will be preferred.
