About the Role:-

Kotak Mahindra Bank is looking for customer-centric and enthusiastic professionals to join as Customer Service Executives – CCU RL (Mutual Fund). The role involves handling inbound customer interactions through calls, emails, and chat, while providing accurate information and prompt resolutions related to Mutual Fund products and services. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service.

Key Responsibilities:-

- Handle inbound customer calls related to Mutual Fund products and services.
- Respond to customer queries through email and chat support.
- Provide accurate information regarding Mutual Fund schemes, SIPs, NAVs, redemptions, transactions, and account-related services.
- Resolve customer concerns within the defined Turnaround Time (TAT).
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in the system.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and high customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to cross-sell relevant banking and investment products,



where applicable.
- Adhere to the bank's quality, compliance, and operational guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria:-

- Education: Graduation is mandatory (any discipline).
- Experience: Experienced candidates preferred. Compensation will be based on interview performance.
- Age: 20 to 30 years.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
- Gap Criteria: No employment or education gap exceeding 6 months.

Compensation:-

- Salary: Up to 4.50 LPA (CTC) for experienced candidates, based on interview performance.

Work Schedule:-

- Rotational day shifts between 7:00 AM and 8:00 PM.
- Shift duration: 9 hours (including breaks).
- 8 weekly offs per month on a rotational basis.
- Candidates must be willing to work on Sundays and public holidays as per business requirements.
