Eligibility
- B.Tech / BCA / MCA (2025 & 2026 Passouts)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working in the Night Shift (US Hours)
- Eagerness to learn and build a career in US Staffing
Key Responsibilities
- Learn the end-to-end US recruitment lifecycle through structured training.
- Recruit for hiring requirements from US-based clients.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn,
and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR screening calls.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and client hiring teams.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment trackers.
- Build a strong talent pipeline while delivering an excellent candidate experience.
