Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Zonal Credit Operations Manager to lead credit operations for the Equipment Finance business across the assigned zone. The role involves managing loan processing, credit administration, disbursements, documentation, process governance, and stakeholder management while ensuring operational efficiency, compliance, and superior customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end credit team for Equipment Finance across the assigned zone.
- Oversee loan processing, credit documentation, disbursement, and post-disbursement activities.
- Ensure adherence to credit policies, regulatory guidelines, audit requirements, and internal controls.
- Drive turnaround time (TAT) improvements and operational excellence across branches and hubs.
- Monitor portfolio onboarding quality and mitigate operational risks.
- Coordinate with Credit, Sales, Legal, Risk, Finance,



and Operations teams for seamless loan processing.
- Track operational KPIs and MISs, identifying gaps and implementing corrective actions.
- Lead process automation and digitization initiatives to improve productivity and customer experience.
- Manage vendor relationships, document agencies, and operational service partners.
- Conduct periodic reviews, audits, and controls to ensure compliance and process discipline.
- Lead, mentor, and develop zonal operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-15 years of experience in Equipment Finance or related field (Machinery or healthcare Loan/Finance).

- Robust understanding of Credit Policy, Credit Risk Analysis, Team Management, and Equipment Finance concepts.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
