Role & responsibilities

- Recruit and onboard insurance agents/advisors.
- Train and support agents on insurance products and sales techniques.
- Motivate agents to achieve business and sales targets.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with agents.
- Monitor agent performance and provide regular guidance.
- Assist agents in generating leads and acquiring customers.
- Support agents during client meetings and policy sales.
- Ensure timely submission of policy applications and documentation.
- Drive policy renewals and customer retention through agents.
- Achieve branch and agency sales targets.
- Maintain sales reports and agent activity records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
- Conduct regular meetings and training sessions for agents.
- Identify opportunities to expand the agency network and business growth.
