Videographer & Video Editor

Key Responsibilities

1. Pre-Production & Planning

- Collaborate with the marketing and medical teams to conceptualize, script, and storyboard video content.
- Plan shoot schedules around clinic hours, coordinate with medical staff, and brief patients/creators before filming.

2. Videography & On-Site Production

- Direct, film, and manage all aspects of multi-camera video shoots, including lighting, audio recording, and framing.
- Capture high-quality "Before & After" patient transformations, step-by-step clinical procedures (non-surgical & surgical aesthetics), and in-depth doctor interviews.
- Maintain, organize, and troubleshoot all physical production gear (cameras, lenses, gimbals, mics, and lighting setups).

3. Video Editing & Post-Production

- Edit raw footage into polished, high-impact long-form content (YouTube videos, corporate branding) and short-form content
- Apply professional color grading, audio cleaning, sound design, and pacing to match DHI zclinics premium brand guidelines.
- Design and implement clean, engaging motion graphics, on-screen text, captions, and transitions to maximize viewer retention.

4. Strategy & Content Management





- Stay updated on the latest video formats, algorithm shifts, audio trends, and aesthetic styles in the health, beauty, and wellness spaces.
- Maintain a neat, structured digital archive of all raw and finalized footage.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience as a videographer and video editor (experience in the medical, aesthetics, luxury skincare, or wellness sectors is highly preferred).
- Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of professional editing suites such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve, alongside After Effects for motion graphics.
- Camera Literacy: Hands-on mastery of mirrorless/DSLR setups (Sony, Canon, or Panasonic ecosystem), wireless audio lavaliers, and professional lighting control.
- Short-Form Savvy: Strong portfolio demonstrating high-engagement hook strategies, text placements, and rapid-paced editing tailored for social media.
- Sensitivity & Discretion: High degree of professionalism and empathy when filming patients in a medical/clinical setting, adhering strictly to patient privacy and consent guidelines.
