Role & responsibilities

- Provide first aid and basic medical care to students and staff

- Handle minor injuries and medical emergencies during school hours

- Maintain student health records and medical files

- Assist during periodic health check-ups and vaccination programs

- Ensure hygiene and safety standards in the medical room

- Coordinate with parents and school authorities when required

Preferred candidate profile

- Must hold B.Sc Nursing / DGNM / GNM from a recognized institution

- Valid Nursing Council Registration preferred

- Candidates with 1 year of experience can apply

- Good knowledge of first aid and basic emergency care

- Ability to work independently in a school medical center

- Caring, patient, and child-friendly attitude

- Positive communication skills in English and Tamil

- Willing to work during school hours (day shift only)

- Ability to maintain medical records and confidentiality
