- Step 6: You will receive the EP number on your personal e-mail ID.
Mandatory Documents to carry:

The WFA SME is responsible for managing complex employee data operations and ensuring governance, quality, and process excellence. The role acts as a key point of contact for escalations, drives accuracy in payroll-related inputs, and strengthens operational efficiency in Hire-to-Retire services.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex employee data management and payroll-related transactions
- Perform quality audits and ensure adherence to process standards
- Act as escalation point for transaction-related issues
- Mentor team members and improve performance through coaching
- Ensure data compliance aligned with regulatory and internal policies
- Drive continuous improvement and process standardization
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree
