We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter Lead to manage and guide a team of recruiters while working closely with management on recruitment planning, reporting, and hiring activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handle and manage recruitment teams
• Monitor recruiter productivity and hiring performance
• Work closely with managers for weekly and monthly reports
• Manage hiring targets and recruitment activities
• Conduct team meetings and provide guidance to recruiters
• Ensure timely closure of positions
• Support process improvements and hiring strategies

Required Skills:




• Robust experience in recruitment and team handling
• Good reporting and management skills
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities
• Ability to manage hiring targets and deadlines
• Experience in staffing or corporate recruitment preferred
