- 0-4 years of experience in Recruitment and HR Operations.
- Strong sourcing and interviewing skills.
- Valuable knowledge of HR processes and documentation.
- Experience with ATS, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, etc.), and MS Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance is an added advantage.

- Market bench consultants.
- Identify suitable opportunities through job portals and vendor networks.
- Submit consultant profiles and follow up on requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and manage the end-to-end placement process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with implementation partners and hiring managers.
- Maintain an updated database of consultants, submissions, and placements.
- Experience with ATS, job portals (Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, etc.), and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
