Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and seasoned Team Lead AR Collections to oversee our accounts payable, accounts receivable, procurement, and expense reimbursement functions. In this role, you will act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME), leading a team of finance professionals, driving continuous improvement in operational processes, and managing critical third-party and internal audits. You will have direct accountability for cash flow optimization, risk management, and reporting key financial metrics (like DSO and aging provisions) to senior leadership (CFO/Sales Directors).

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Excellence: Oversee all core finance activities across AP, AR, procurement, and expense reimbursement to ensure organizational effectiveness.
- Cash Flow & Discrepancy Management: Manage initiatives for discrepancy resolution, approve debit/credit memos, and provide data-driven recommendations to leadership to enhance cash flow.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage, mentor, and coach a team of experienced finance professionals. Align team plans, set priorities, and allocate resources to meet business objectives.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management: Maintain strong partnerships with third-party collection agencies, contractors, and internal process partners while driving strict accountability.
- Financial Reporting: Track and report DSO, overdue amounts, and aging-based provisions to senior management (CFO)



and the Sales organization.
- Audit & Compliance: Take final accountability for ensuring full compliance across all internal and external audits.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate short- to mid-term operational risks in alignment with the Company Risk Policy.
- Process Automation: Collaborate with internal IT and external software providers to implement continuous improvement opportunities and resolve data productivity issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 8 to 12 years of core experience in Finance Operations (AP/AR/P2P/O2C), with at least 35 years in a team management/leadership role.
- Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter or equivalent.
- Technical Skills: Deep understanding of operational finance principles, risk frameworks, and audit compliance. Strong proficiency in ERPs (SAP/Oracle) and advanced Excel.
- Leadership: Proven track record of managing qualified employees, setting priorities, and providing input into budgets.
- Communication: Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to present complex financial data to CXO-level executives.

Shift: 6:30PM to 3:30PM
