Job Details
- Role: International Customer Support / Technical Support Voice Process
- Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
- Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in:
- International Customer Support Voice, or
- International Technical Support Voice
Salary
- CTC: Up to 5 LPA
- Hike: Up to 30% hike on your current CTC (based on experience and interview performance)
Shift & Benefits
- 5 Days Working
- 2 Rotational Week Offs
- Rotational Night Shifts
- One-Way Cab Facility Provided
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid customer handling and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in International Voice Process
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to work in rotational night shifts
